About the role

Join our dynamic team of Supply Specialists at PrimeTech International. We are seeking an experienced Supply Specialist to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate terms and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain supplier databases and conduct regular supplier evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders and manage contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and optimize operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
• Fluency in English.
