Responsibilities
- Supply Room & Inventory Management: Operate the supply room and its automated inventory system, manage stock levels, issue supplies, and prepare reports.
- Procurement & Ordering Support: Initiate and process supply orders by gathering price information, creating shopping carts, drafting procurement actions, and submitting Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in ERP.
- Receiving & Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and document incoming supplies, handling all discrepancies and returns. Assist with material handling and interoffice moves.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- One (1) year of functional experience in operating a centralized mail room.
- One (1) year of functional experience in operating an automated supply inventory management system.
- A current valid driver's license
- An acceptable driving record as evidenced by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
