Supply Planning Project Lead

About the role

Lead projects related to a major Kinaxis implementation across both the supply and demand planning organization for a global leading CPG client. Serve as a Supply Planning business liaison, change manager, and project manager to bridge the gap between implementation, user feedback (planning organization), and leadership. Drive the development of a business process for a customized Kinaxis Advanced Planning platform that is fit for purpose. Help develop and drive the new business operations processes for Kinaxis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Supply Planning business liaison, change manager, and project manager for Kinaxis implementation
• Bridge communication between implementation teams, user feedback from the planning organization, and leadership
• Drive the development of customized business processes for the Kinaxis Advanced Planning platform
• Lead cross-functional conversations to ensure alignment and project success

Requirements

• Experience with end-to-end supply planning within a highly regulated industry (CPG preferred)
• Experience supporting APS or supply chain system implementations (Kinaxis preferred but not required)
• Project management, leadership, or management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and driving conversations in complex environments

Schedule

This is a long-term consulting opportunity with an initial 12-month contract and potential for extensions. Remote work with preference for candidates local to Summit, NJ for hybrid schedules.
