This role requires strategic oversight of supply chain operations, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain supply plans to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.• Partner with procurement and logistics teams to align supply with production schedules.• Monitor supplier performance and address any risks to supply continuity.• Lead scenario planning to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel for data analysis.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply chain metrics.• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and lean methodologies.
