Life at TodayTix Group

We thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented environment where adaptability, curiosity, and a bias toward action help us stay ahead of the curve. New joiners are set up for success with a 90-day onboarding journey, complete with clear goals and measurable milestones. We hold twice-yearly performance reviews focused on impact and development. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, passionate, and kind team who support each other while challenging one another to do great work.

About the Role

This is a full-time, US-based role available in two locations: New York and the West Coast (greater Los Angeles). Candidates within commuting distance of our New York office work hybrid, a minimum of 2 days per week in the office; others work remotely. Live events don’t respect traditional office hours, so weekend and on-sale coverage is a standard part of this role. You’ll work a rotating schedule that includes regular weekend days, with hours tracking the markets you cover.

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of events end-to-end for day-to-day complexity—setup, inventory, pricing, amendments, offers, and access programs.
  • Solve routine problems independently; escalate selectively when something is genuinely new or high-stakes.
  • Suggest process or automation improvements with clear reasoning.
  • Use AI tools to reduce repeat work and verify output before operational use.
  • Informally mentor newer Associates by sharing knowledge.
  • Act as a known contact for partners on your book and keep internal teams (Merchandising, Partnerships, CX) updated on your slate’s status.

Note: Responsibilities will evolve as the business grows.

What Success Looks Like

  • Your book (roughly 20–30 events) goes out clean at volume, with routine issues handled by you and only novel or high-stakes ones escalated.
  • Partners on your book treat you as their day-to-day point of contact.
  • You’ve proposed at least one process change with clear reasoning.
  • You use AI tools to remove repeat work and catch errors before they go operational.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a defined slate of live-events or ticketing work, not just supporting one.
  • Demonstrated judgment in solving problems independently vs. escalating when needed.
  • Real use of AI tools in your work, with a specific example.
  • Clear, proactive communication with partners and internal teams.
  • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with operational data.
  • Flexibility for weekend/on-sale shifts per quarter.

Nice to have: Experience mentoring or informally guiding less experienced colleagues.

Pay

$65,000 - $78,000 a year. Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data, experience, location, and internal salary banding. Final salary is discussed during the interview process.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work environment (blend of in-office and at-home days).
  • Up to 4 weeks per year of flexible 'work from anywhere'.
  • Healthcare, vision, and dental plans with generous company contributions.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Paid Parental Leave.
  • Generous 401(k) matching.
  • Flexible Paid Time Off.
  • Free membership to One Medical Group & Employee Assistance Program.
  • Annual Professional Growth Budget.
  • Employee donation matching.
  • Employee Referral Program.
  • Pre-Tax Flexible healthcare spending account (FSA), Dependent Care FSA, and Commuter Benefits.
