About the Role
As a Supply Management Planner for John Deere Horicon Works located in Horicon, WI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies to support production. This onsite position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you can make a significant impact on our operations.
Responsibilities
- Pull daily reports
- Communicate with suppliers daily to manage upcoming and delinquent orders
- Manage supplier compliance of MRM tool
- Escalate issues that are high risk of impacting production
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks throughout the day
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Qualifications
- Cross-functional work experience in areas such as operations, manufacturing, material flow, supply management (preferred)
- Knowledge of unit processes and operations (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills (preferred) li>Demonstrated ability to influence without authority (preferred)
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Management, Engineering, and/or other business-related field

Pay
$58,956.00 - $88,428.00
