Supply Management Analysis III

About the role

Supports daily operations and planning to optimize the flow of supplies from initial procurement to the final disposition.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling business operations.
• Uses material requirements plans, production schedules, and inventory data to maintain the required flow of materials.
• Coordinates with procurement, warehouse, and distribution operations to manage and monitor workflows crucial to the flow of materials.
• Monitors operations, troubleshoots operational roadblocks, and expedites material availability.
• Tracks and analyzes inventory levels and develops reports, dashboards, and other resources to facilitate material management processes.
• Adhere to government, contract, and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to use e-mail to receive and disseminate workload tasks and information.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned in association with established Management and Contract Compliance Plan, and workload requirements, etc.
• May include process or workflow creating, updating, communicating changes, training and performance reporting, and compliance.
• Supports PTi's Safety, Environmental, and Security Programs, and other company certifications and initiatives responsible for Core and Support Processes within the Quality Management Systems.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply
• Skills: Demonstrate the ability to effectively read and write in English, comprehend written instructions, perform common mathematical tasks, and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and excellent follow‑up skills.
• Certificate/License/Registration: Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance applicable to the position and/or military Common Access Card (CAC) within 30 days if required.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Working Conditions: Frequently handle equipment/supplies up to 50 lb individually, occasionally >50 lb with assistance; exert moderate physical effort in loading/unloading/arranging; work inside/outside in dirty/dusty environments, occasional exposure to hot, cold, damp, drafty conditions; able to work on hard or uneven surfaces.
