We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. No job title heading, no Job ID, no boilerplate. Need to preserve all substantive info. Identify sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe combine Education and Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none present, so omit. Also Working Conditions and Physical Requirements could be a section maybe "Working Conditions". Should we include? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. There is content about Working Conditions and Physical Requirements, so we can include a section heading e.g., "Working Conditions". Use

    . Use

for prose description. No list there. We must not repeat job title. No duplication. We need to preserve all substantive info: The intro paragraph: "The Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics Analyst supports the planning, movement, and management of inventory throughout the supply chain. This role assists with transportation coordination, purchase order management, inventory monitoring, reporting, and supply chain analysis. The position works closely with suppliers, distribution centers, carriers, and internal business partners to ensure timely product flow and accurate information across the supply chain network." Then "Essential Duties and Responsibilities:" then list items. We need to capture each bullet. The list includes many items separated by periods but each is a duty. We'll create

    • for each. Then "Required Key Skills and Qualifications:" then subparts: Education And Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. Could combine into a single Requirements section with subheadings? But only allowed headings are

for section headings. We could have multiple

sections: "Education and Experience", "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities". Or combine into one "Requirements" with lists. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Education and Experience and Knowledge, Skills, Abilities into one "Requirements" section with two sublists? But we cannot use

      etc. Could use

to separate. Probably better to have one "Requirements" section with paragraphs and lists. We need to preserve all details: Education: Associate degree preferred, Bachelor's a plus, Internship/co-op or 0-2 years experience preferred, equivalent combination considered. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: list many items. Some are repeated (e.g., Strong written and verbal communication skills appears twice). We should preserve but can deduplicate? Instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Removing duplicates might be considered summarizing away detail? It says remove duplicated lines (boilerplate). Duplicates within the content maybe considered duplicated lines? It says remove duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we can remove duplicate skill lines that are identical. We'll keep unique. List of KSAs: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Ability to analyze data and identify trends or exceptions. - Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners. - Willingness to learn transportation, inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain planning processes. - Ability to make sound decisions based on available information and established procedures. - Experience with ERP, WMS, transportation management, or forecasting systems is a plus. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). (similar to earlier but includes PowerPoint) - Strong written and verbal communication skills. (duplicate of effective verbal and written communication skills? Slightly different but similar; we could keep both? Might be considered duplicate. We'll keep one.) - Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. (similar to ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks) - Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization. - Process and detail oriented with ability to multi-task. (similar to attention to detail and multi-task) We need to decide what to keep. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should eliminate near-duplicates that convey same meaning. We'll keep a concise set but ensure we don't lose substantive info. Might be safer to keep all as they appear, but then there are duplicates. The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. Let's produce a unique list: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (This adds PowerPoint; we already have Excel, Word, Outlook; but we can keep as it adds PowerPoint.) - Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. (similar to organize/prioritize; but we can keep as emphasis on deadlines.) - Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization. - Process and detail oriented with ability to multi-task. We could also include "Strong written and verbal communication skills" but we already have effective verbal and written communication skills; similar enough to drop. Now Working Conditions section: paragraph. Now we need to ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." That's part of responsibilities? Actually it's under Essential Duties and Responsibilities heading: "To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." That's boilerplate but maybe considered part of responsibilities? It's generic. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about accommodations, could be considered EEO? Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove that sentence. Also "Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made..." We'll keep the heading "Responsibilities" and then the list of duties. We'll omit the introductory sentences about performing each duty satisfactorily and reasonable accommodations. Also "Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:" we can drop that line as it's intro to list. Now produce HTML:
