Supply Chain Technology- Logistics and Fulfilment - WMS Manager (Warehouse Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, customize and optimize Digital and Cloud based solutions.
• Team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.
• Manage complex technical initiatives, hold accountability for team’s performance and results.
• Guide others with expertise, interpret issues, and recommend high-quality solutions.
• Ensure personal time is billable to external clients.
• Lead the successful delivery of workstreams.
• Oversee the progress and completion of project deliverables.
• Engage in client-required travel and maintain constant client engagement in active participatory roles.
• Head workstreams from planning to execution and closing, reconnoiter potential opportunities for additional services, and command responses to specific Requests for Proposals.

• Worked on Blue Yonder WMS modules with deep functional / domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation.
• Knowledge on integrating Blue Yonder WMS with other supply chain systems like TMS or LMS systems.
• Knowledge on how PDC (Platform Data Cloud) works within the BY WMS and other product ecosystem.
• Led and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle WMS implementations in large and complex environments.
• Experience leading and facilitating workshop sessions, managing projects, resources and deliverables.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing and transforming to application requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, leading functional design approval process, interacting with development team to test and deliver the solution, assisting customers during UAT, preparing and reviewing documentations.
• Experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment.
• Knowledge on warehousing areas such as Order Management, Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Management, Appointments, Intelligent Fulfillment, Warehouse Controls, Labor Standards.
• Knowledge on leading warehousing solutions such as SAP-EWM, Manhattan.
• Experience in systems/data integration.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of implementing successful logistics strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• No less than 4-6 years of relevant experience in emerging technologies related to logistics and fulfillment strategies.
• Related work experience and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing domain.
• Deep functional / domain expertise and hands-on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation.
