About the Role

Responsible for the management of inventory in assigned Nursing and/or Ancillary unit(s) as it relates to supply replenishment, maximizing quality, minimizing costs, and supporting department goals within system supply chain objectives. Serves as liaison to Nursing, Ancillary, and Procedure-Based departments to provide working knowledge of product lines associated with the assigned units. Supports Supply Chain Management to ensure existing inventory and associated expenses are within budgeted targets and consumable supplies are accurately controlled to reduce obsolescence, outdates, and waste.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels based on PAR Optimization utilization calculations, product rotation, and outdate management.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and Supply Chain Management Leadership team.
  • Act as liaison for all replenishment orders, manage returns, recalls, and product conversions within assigned areas.
  • Ensure proper supply levels, labeling, and PAR Level Point of Use changes in PeopleSoft to maintain accurate PAR Level Min/Max designations.
  • Coordinate and perform scheduled physical and cycle count inventories; analyze outcomes and adjust inventory levels as needed.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Manage assigned areas of the supply warehouse.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Beginner use of Excel, Word, and PeopleSoft ERP (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of customer service or warehousing experience (preferred).
