What You'll Do
- Receive, unload, verify, and distribute medical supplies throughout the hospital and clinics
- Transport supplies, equipment, medical records, lab specimens, blood products, oxygen tanks, and other essential materials
- Maintain inventory levels by stocking bedside carts, supply rooms, cabinets, and clinical areas
- Perform cycle counts, rotate inventory, remove expired products, and ensure accurate stock levels
- Utilize inventory systems such as Workday MMIS, Par Excellence, and WD Mobile
- Organize and maintain clean, compliant supply rooms according to healthcare standards
- Support product recalls, returns, and inventory discrepancy resolution
- Clean and inspect patient care equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Partner with clinical teams to optimize supply availability and improve workflows
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and operational excellence
What You'll Bring
- Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS)
- Healthcare, warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain experience
- Experience with Workday MMIS, Par Excellence, or similar inventory software
