About the role

The Supply Chain Systems Manager will oversee the systems and operational processes that support procurement, inventory management, infrastructure deployments, and asset lifecycle management. They will configure, deploy, and maintain operational technology, end-user devices, and supporting infrastructure. The role involves ensuring asset, inventory, and equipment records remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready throughout the asset lifecycle. They will partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and implement scalable business processes. This includes supporting system enhancements, integrations, testing, and process improvements across supply chain platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration of systems supporting procurement, inventory, infrastructure, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain operational technology, end-user devices, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Ensure asset, inventory, and equipment records remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and implement scalable business processes.
  • Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and process improvements across supply chain platforms.
  • Career deployments, transfers, recoveries, and inventory reconciliation activities across multiple locations.
  • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues while driving root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
  • Create documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to improve operational consistency.
  • Create operational metrics and dashboards to measure inventory accuracy, asset utilization, and deployment readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen required.
  • Ace or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting supply chain systems, IT operations, infrastructure, asset management, or technical operations.
  • Experience administering ERP, EAM, EDI, inventory management, or similar operational systems.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting supply chain systems, IT operations, infrastructure, asset management, or technical operations.
  • Experience administering ERP, EAM, EDI, inventory management, or similar operational systems.
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and operational workflows.

This role is office-based at our Bellevue, Washington office. Travel may be required to support system deployments, inventory audits, equipment installations, and operational activities at company and customer locations.
