Supply Chain Supervisor

Location: Pensacola, FL | Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola | Department: Supply Chain Management | Schedule: Day Shift, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
• Provide leadership, orientation, training, and mentoring.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor dispatch activities, making adjustments to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Observe and enforce quality assurance program standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Supply Chain / Warehouse / Healthcare experience.
