Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership, in Supply Chain or Distribution
- 2+ years of Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
- Ability to coach, develop, mentor, and lead a team
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
