About the role

The Senior Analyst is accountable for managing projects, shaping forecasts, and adjusting supply components for a group of products to ensure proper Store and DC service level targets are achieved. The Senior Analyst will manage high-visibility programs related to supplemental benefits by purchasing, forecasting, and reporting within OTCHS to aid in achieving enterprise goals including sales, margin, in-stock, turn, fill rate, customer satisfaction, GMROII, receipts, and EOP. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional, internal, and external partners to deliver results and ensure outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and shape forecasts to meet Store and DC service level targets.
  • Adjust supply components for a group of products to optimize performance metrics.
  • Oversee high-visibility programs related to supplemental benefits, including purchasing, forecasting, and reporting within OTCHS.
  • Support business planning to achieve enterprise goals such as sales, margin, in-stock, turn, fill rate, customer satisfaction, GMROII, receipts, and EOP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, internal, and external partners to deliver results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams).
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or supply chain roles.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity to explore and identify insights that result in actionable strategies and tactical plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using forecasting and replenishment software such as Blue Yonder.
  • Knowledge of SQL coding and analytical-based decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Tableau reporting software.
  • An Asset Supply Chain certification such as RSSC, CSCMP, or APICS.
  • Previous experience in an S&OP environment.
  • Understanding of the inter-relationship between demand planning, category management, supply planning, and finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to calculate and analyze key forecasting metrics such as forecast MAPE and bias.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly resolve high-profile issues.
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and contribute ideas in a team setting.
  • Results-driven with a focus on time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 annually. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.

Schedule

  • Full-time.
  • 40 hours per week.
