Job Summary
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for tasks related to supply chain planning security over multiple areas and/or customers. Meets guidelines and laws for customers a specified locations/countries with extensive guideline research prior to customer consultation.
Job Description
- Assist with creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for department and remote sites
- Conduct remote security audits on J.B. Hunt locations through CCTV and other deployed security technologies
- Meet, communicate, and audit locations with customer loss prevention teams
- Assist with supply chain investigations and emergency response operations as needed
- Audit carriers for CTPAT compliance and conduct security assessments on third party locations
- Conduct risk assessments, monitoring, and testing of supply chain security controls for sites, customers, and carriers
- Identify gaps in internal controls and develop processes to mitigate risk and close gaps
- Review, identify, and adhere to customer supply chain security requirements
- Maintain adherence to CTPAT, TAPA regulations, and Customer Security contract requirements across all J.B. Hunt locations
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma and 3-4 years of experience working in Supply Chain Security or relevant field
- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to present information and data appropriate for intended audience in a clean, organized manner
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Experience in project management, investigations, and/or training
- Knowledge of CCTV-alarm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Research and Analytical skills
- Travel up to 20%
