About the role
HII: Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Risk Management Manager to be a Team Lead at our Woodlawn, MD location. The position plays a vital role in supporting CMS and HHS SCRM efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SCRM personnel and manage taskings, deadlines, and the status of Supply Chain Risk Assessments (SCRA)
- CMS third party/vendor risk manager
- Research and assess CMS supply chain partners
- Work with various team members on policy development, project management, and SCRAs
- Initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of CMS SCRM efforts
- Leverage SCRM tools to conduct SCRAs
- Produce comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations for the integration of counterintelligence (CI) activities in alignment with CMS mission and objectives
- Engage in external collaborations and engagements to enhance intelligence production and gather valuable insights
- Collaborate closely with CMS DSI leadership, program personnel, and other government agencies to ensure effective coordination and information sharing
- Provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics of interest and conduct research to support the development of reports, databases, and other activities as per the needs of the Government customer
- Maintain a strong understanding of supplier quality management processes
- Oversee corporate management, requirements, and needs for the team
Requirements
- 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of various SCRM data sets and tools
- Ability to perform extensive multi-INT analysis, produce technical intelligence reports in support of SCRM programs and provide expertise in the development of assessments
- Demonstrated ability to write in a clear and concise manner, specifically targeted at senior leader communication
- The ability to recognize nuances, resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information, and provide accurate and reliable analysis
- Proven ability to define comprehensive and innovative research approaches that contribute to high-level tasks and enable rigorous assessments
- Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant CMS policies/standards, such as NIST 800-161, NIST 800-30, NIST 800-37, or equivalent
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
