About the role

We are looking for a candidate who will be performing the role of a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Engineer, Level 3, supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) program.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of supply chain processes to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to defense systems.
  • Create, manage, and brief classified technical data, ensuring strict compliance with security protocols and regulations while delivering precise information to authorized personnel.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain data, including geopolitical developments and market trends, to anticipate and mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present findings to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address identified risks and ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers and contractors, ensuring adherence to security standards and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain performance and security in defense projects.
  • Maintain metrics and produce monthly and annual task metric reports.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret clearance required, with Top Secret (TS) and SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor of Science in STEM Field.
  • At least seven (7) years of experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or lead sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Systems Security Engineering (SSE) experience in DoD programs.
  • At least five (5) years of experience coordinating policy/technical issues with outside agencies/OSD level coordination.
  • Experience with controlling highly competitive information via secure techniques.
