About the role

This position is accountable for the development and execution of multiple small to moderately sized initiatives that drive conversion to functionally equivalent and cost-effective clinical and non-clinical goods and services. The role also serves as a key operational leader supporting the Value Analysis Program by establishing governance processes, operational infrastructure, implementation oversight, and program execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate governance activities for the Value Analysis Program.
  • Maintain standardized tools and reporting mechanisms.
  • Document decisions and approvals.
  • Monitor implementation progress of approved initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards.
  • Work closely with clinical, sourcing, operational, and supplier stakeholders to provide leadership, remove barriers, align priorities, drive change, and ensure successful implementation of approved value analysis initiatives across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Health Care.

Pay

Salary Range by Location:

  • California (All Southern California - Except Bakersfield): $47.05 - $73.04 per hour
  • Oregon (Portland Service Area): $45.14 - $70.07 per hour
  • Washington (Western): $47.05 - $73.04 per hour
  • Washington (Eastern): $40.16 - $62.35 per hour

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
