About the Role

The Integrated Supply Chain Program Lead (SCPL) serves as the dedicated Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) lead within the Program Office and a Program Portfolio to enable all aspects of ISC support for programs, proposals, or pursuits. The SCPL coordinates across the ISC Organization to ensure timely management and execution of program ISC scope throughout the lifecycle, communicating program priorities, critical paths, and status. The role provides full lifecycle accountability, reporting, and visibility for all supply chain content in support of program execution.

The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit enables efficient business and program execution through strategic capital investments, industrial operations, supply chain management, manufacturing, test operations, and facilities management. The Integrated Supply Chain team directly impacts program success by linking end-to-end material flow, acting as a critical chain for mission partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the program acquisition strategy and plan, including procurement planning and subcontract strategy, in coordination with the program team and ISC Organization.
  • Deliver a time-phased acquisition plan aligned with the program bill of materials (BOM), prioritized to program/CAM schedule and funding profile.
  • Identify strategies across proposals and programs, engaging support from Strategic Sourcing Teams (SSTs) as appropriate.
  • Provide visibility and status of execution against the program acquisition plan to the Cost Account Manager (CAM) and/or Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Proactively forecast and manage parts/procurements critical to program schedule success, monitoring procurements on the program critical path (or those posing risks) and reporting status to the CAM and/or PMO.
  • Identify, report, monitor, and drive mitigation/capture activities for risks and opportunities relevant to program ISC content, informing the CAM and/or PMO.
  • Coordinate program and/or program portfolio monthly minor materials and major sales expenditure planning to support the program funding profile and avoid deficit funds status, while reporting revenue forecasts to the CAM and/or PMO.
  • Serve as the ISC focal point for the program, understanding program/mission details, providing ISC process education, and collaborating with ISC Acquisition Teams throughout execution.
  • Identify, manage, and present performance metrics in coordination with the CAM and/or PMO, proactively addressing program and functional issues.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments, Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units, and the Company to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Work Environment

  • On-site work requiring regular in-person engagement five days per week at the primary work location.
  • Travel and local commute between company campuses and other non-company locations may be required.
  • Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10 or more years of related experience. Each higher-level degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or U.S. Department of Education.
  • Previous Supply Chain Management or procurement experience, including execution and oversight of direct material procurements or subcontracts in support of DoD, NASA, or other government customers, or in support of Fortune 500-type commercial companies for indirect/overhead procurements.
  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance or access with Polygraph, if required by program needs after an offer is accepted.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $134,640 - $228,888. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
