Supply Chain Product Planner

The Supply Chain Product Planner is responsible for End-to-End Supply Chain planning for a set of rare disease products along a 0-to-3 year horizon, covering both IBP and S&OE horizons. They ensure that market demand is covered by available supply, in order to provide timely, high-quality and cost-effective supply of medicines to patients.

Main Responsibilities
- End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution: Ensure product balancing between demand & supply and gap remediation across both 0–3 months (S&OE) and 4–36 months (IBP) horizons; responsible for net demand propagation, validation and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
- Master Data & Planning Parameters: Create and maintain product-related master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis, ensuring alignment with End-to-End Product Leader’s strategy/segmentation guidelines; sole accountable for master data values owned and entered in workflows according to site Master Data governance; document methods and calculations for determining master data values; contribute to Master Data Continuous Improvement loops in coordination with Master Data Stewards, Data & Process Manager, and SC Centers of Excellence; adhere to governance of meetings established in playbooks to ensure regular revision of master data values; ensure that master data values comply with business rules in the M&S Master Data Playbook and are reviewed when specified triggers occur.
- IBP and S&OE cycles: Contribute to the standard End-to-End Planning & Execution decision loop in collaboration with key stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance).
- Product Strategy Support: Assist in product-driven strategic and budget planning, provide data-driven insights for long-term decisions, and incorporate strategic changes into planning systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (demand planning, supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related fields.
- Strong background in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of building plans and aligning stakeholders, driving decision making.
- Proficient with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions process.
- Successful experience working in matrix environments (cross-functional and multi-global location stakeholder management).
Qualifications
- Educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- Advanced understanding and experience with Integrated Business Planning and Sales & Operations Execution processes.
- APICS certification is an asset.
- Experience working with financials and budgeting.
