Supply Chain Product Manager, New Product Introductions
About the role
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The Supply Chain Product Manager will work with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. The goal is to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic plans that improve service, productivity, and quality, and align to the overall organization vision.
- Understand the technical requirements of partners and work closely with internal development teams to guide supply chain activities.
- Prepare and provide detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focusing on new product launches.
- Drive strategic BOM reviews to ensure multi-sourcing of critical components and timely qualifications.
- Drive strategic inventory of long-lead, unique materials in a timely manner to ensure successful launch and post-launch scaling.
- Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies

Pay
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
