Responsibilities
- Procurement & Purchasing: Manage purchasing activities, create and process purchase orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Source and Order Materials: Ensure timely delivery of goods, resolve order issues, and coordinate returns of defective items.
- Non-Inventory Purchases & Invoice Processing: Support non-inventory purchases and invoice processing.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain positive vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, terms, and performance standards, and conduct supplier performance reviews.
- Sourcing & Process Improvement: Continuously improve sourcing and procurement processes for efficiency and cost savings, develop and update ordering guides and sourcing plans, and lead special procurement projects.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor open orders, lead times, and delivery schedules, coordinate materials for contract manufacturers, and oversee receiving and documentation.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct quality checks on materials and assemblies, collaborate with engineering and operations to resolve quality or supplier issues, and prepare monthly purchasing and performance reports.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams, represent the Supply Chain function in meetings and initiatives, and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 year of supply chain, logistics, or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or a related field required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Procurement and sourcing best practices.
- Supply chain management and vendor relations.
- Contract negotiation and cost analysis.
- Inventory control and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Integrity and ethical judgment.
- Adaptability and initiative.
- Strong collaboration and communication.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or similar professional certifications preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role.
- Education in supply chain management, business, logistics, or a related field.
- Skills in procurement and sourcing.
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
- Organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional certifications in supply chain management (optional).

Pay
$24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
