About the role
The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve customer service. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning and management
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and best practices
- Experience with supply chain software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
