Information TechnologyFull-time

This role is designed as a hybrid position, requiring an average of 2 days per week on‑site at an HPE office.

About the role

The position sits within the Lead‑to‑Cash (L2C) program, unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform. You will work closely with business leaders, IT architects, suppliers, and partner stakeholders on a high‑visibility, multi‑year transformation effort.

Responsibilities

  • Align business strategy with technical execution by converting end‑to‑end Supply Chain Planning workflows—such as demand sensing, MRP netting logic, exception routing, and inventory optimization—into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
  • Design and maintain data collection pipelines.
  • Structure and optimize enterprise master data elements (Items, Resources, Routings, Assignment Sets, Work Centers, and Calendars) to support planning engine inputs.
  • Develop custom Operational Technology Business Intelligence (OTBI) subject areas and BI Publisher (BIP) reports for key performance indicators.
  • Author SQL/PL‑SQL procedures, custom Python analytics, or ML model integrations to extend native forecasting capabilities and support scenario modeling or digital‑twin simulations.
  • Architect and lead the implementation of multi‑step, context‑aware AI agent workflows using AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and custom agentic frameworks.
  • Deploy, fine‑tune, and serve large language models (LLMs) and specialized machine‑learning models on OCI Generative AI Infrastructure and OCI Data Science Platform, establishing robust runtime endpoints and observability.

Requirements

  • 8 + years experience in the Supply Chain domain with deep understanding of technical objects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of supply‑chain planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, MRP/netting logic) paired with technical application architecture experience.
  • Technical familiarity with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP) APIs, REST integration, database views, and event‑driven integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and PL/SQL languages.
  • 8 + years in software engineering / enterprise architecture, with 3 + years leading hands‑on development of LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle AI & Database 26ai: creating vectorized schemas, AI Vector Search indexes, and deploying MCP servers on Oracle AI Database 26ai / Autonomous Database.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring and building multi‑agent applications using AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Hands‑on expertise with OCI Data Science (model deployment, pipelines, job orchestration) and OCI Generative AI Infrastructure (LLM serving, embedding models).
  • Deep module knowledge across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud (Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP, Global Order Promising) and Oracle Value Chain Planning / EBS (ASCCP, Demantra).
  • Experience with File‑Based Data Import (FBDI), REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and data‑collection architecture between Oracle SCP and execution systems.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Database (including 26ai features and vector structures), OTBI, BI Publisher, and hyper‑parameter tuning/deployment within OCI Data Science or other cloud AI platforms.
  • End‑to‑end experience leading discovery sessions, writing Functional/Technical Design Documents (FDD/TDD), configuring environments, and driving CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles.
  • OCI Cloud Architect or OCI Generative AI Professional certifications.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security controls, data residency, and audit compliance for AI payloads in cloud applications.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health and wellbeing suite supporting physical, financial, and emotional health.
  • Personal and professional development programs to help you achieve career goals and expand expertise.
