Position Responsibilities
- Develops and implements production or inventory operations processes of moderate scope
- Defines daily activities and resolves operational problems of limited complexity
- Investigates product defects, production inefficiencies, or inventory variances and develops solutions to mitigate them
- Reviews and approves technical documents, including work instructions, inventory procedures, and material-handling standards
- Analyzes charging trends and supports development of projected staffing forecasts
- Aids with capital-expenditure preparation and justification related to production systems or inventory storage/material-handling technologies
- Led small-scale projects and contributes to research on proposed operational improvements
- Serves as a primary interface with internal partners
- Translates operational data into actionable plans for implementation
- Compiles and provides management status reports for corrective and preventative actions
- Maintains oversight of project progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs
- Represents Supply Chain on Supply Chain related issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience leading teams
- Experience working with various ERP/WMS systems
- Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment handling supply chain and inventory related tasks
- Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing process flows
- Conflict of Interest
