Supply Chain & Operations Risk Associate Program (RAP)
About the role
The Supply Chain & Operations Risk Associate Program (RAP) offers the opportunity to gain depth and knowledge in Risk Management across Dairy Foods, Feed, Winfield, and Milk Sourcing. Participate in a 12 to 24 month program that provides leadership development while working enterprise-wide and cross-functionally to develop risk management skills and capabilities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027
- Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs
- Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes summer internship program
