Responsibilities: Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned departmentSupport the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentationCollaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiencyAttend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.Aid in further enhancing department tools, templates and methodologiesGain exposure and knowledge on department functionalitiesDevelop positive professional relationships across departmentsComplete special projects as assigned by your managerComplete an end-of-internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectivesCollaborate with warehouse leadership and cross-functional partners on projects designed to improve productivity, streamline operations, and increase capacityWork with a variety of business partners including Warehouse and Corporate Leadership What we offer: Paid Internship: $20/hr12-week internship from May to AugustMeaningful, hands on work experience tied to your course of studyOpportunities for professional development through online courses and instructor lead workshopsDedicated mentor and buddy support to enhance your experience and provide shadowing opportunitiesSocial events and team building activities and experiences with fellow interns and departmentNetworking opportunities with managers and leaders across the organization We’re searching for interns that are: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program from an accredited college or universityIn good academic standing, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing at the time of the internshipCurrently majoring in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations or similar programsProficient with Microsoft 365 suite of products preferredEffective communicators, both verbally and in writingAble to think outside of the box and solve problemsAble to work both independently and collaborativelyAre organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCurious, and bring initiative and willingness to learn and contribute Qualifications Shift 1st Shift (United States of America) Company C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC About Our Company C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is an industry leader in supply chain solutions and wholesale grocery supply in the United States.
