What You'll Be Working On
- End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Own the complete purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware—from initial sourcing and requisition approvals to purchase order execution and final delivery.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline procurement workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, accelerate approval cycles, and ensure a seamless operational flow.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage Coupa and advanced Excel to monitor supply chain performance, build intuitive dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Lifecycle & Warranty Management: Oversee hardware warranty entitlement and renewals for data center networking and compute infrastructure across a diverse multi-vendor ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to align demand forecasting, validate technical specifications, and ensure strict process compliance.
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, ideally within the energy sector or a critical infrastructure environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing complex global supply chains, driving vendor onboarding, and implementing continuous process improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: High expertise in Excel (data modeling, dashboards) and hands-on experience navigating enterprise procurement tools, specifically Coupa and Jira.

Compensation
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $100,000 - $115,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
