Supply Chain Operational Excellence

About the role

The Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) Manager is responsible for leading and scaling key COE capabilities that drive operational excellence, supplier performance, analytics, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role acts as a strategic partner to the Director and is accountable for translating COE strategy into actionable plans and delivering measurable business results. The Manager will lead across multiple COE capability areas—such as supplier performance, sustainability, analytics, and continuous improvement—with scope evolving based on business priorities and individual strengths. This position includes leadership of a growing team and requires the ability to align resources, prioritize initiatives, and develop talent while driving cross-functional execution. Success in this role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across Operations, Procurement, Finance, and R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Supply Chain COE capability areas (supplier performance, sustainability, analytics, continuous improvement, or project execution).
• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align COE initiatives with business priorities and deliver measurable results.
• Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering talent development and resource alignment.
• Influence and collaborate with stakeholders in Operations, Procurement, Finance, and R&D to drive execution.
