Supply Chain Manufacturing Warehouse Manager Silvus
About the role
Lead all warehouse activities at our new Salt Lake City Manufacturing Facility. Drive the manufacturing warehouse organization to world class status through continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Safety Leadership: Architect and enforce an environment of uncompromising safety.
- Operational Excellence: Plan, direct, and synchronize the full lifecycle of warehouse functions (inbound receiving, strategic putaway, lean picking, and line-side delivery).
- Inventory Integrity: Systems-driven management of inventory with a goal of 99.9%+ accuracy. Implement robust cycle counting programs and rigorous WMS discipline to eliminate variances.
- Continuous Improvement & Lean: Identify, champion, and execute long-term CI initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) both in the warehouse and site operations.
- Strategic Budgeting: Develop and implement the departmental OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Talent Acquisition & Scaling: Serve as the chief architect of the Salt Lake City warehouse team, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding a high-performance team from the ground up.
- Oracle Implementation Lead: Serve as the onsite champion and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the transition from our legacy WMS to Oracle. Partner with the IT and Supply Chain teams in HQ to ensure a seamless "go-live" experience.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of all supply chain functions.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and evolve teams and organizations.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, systems, and tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Eight years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse management role.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle.
- Ability to work 100% on-site.
- Ability to travel extensively to Los Angeles for training during the initial months of the role.

Pay
Target Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $145,000 USD
