About the role
Lead and elevate our operations as a Supply Chain Manager overseeing truck fleet, production planning, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution. Drive impactful results across safety, quality, efficiency, maintenance, and service while building a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. We’re seeking a proven manufacturing supply chain leader who thrives on operational excellence and delivering strategic results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field with five (5) years of distribution/shipping operations management or leadership assignments demonstrating a progression of increased scope and responsibility; equivalent experience will be considered
- Five years’ supervisory experience required with strong leadership and management skills in a high-volume warehouse and/or distribution center
- Advanced knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, cost analysis and budgeting, people management, and leadership guidance
- Strong interpersonal skills and accessibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams
- Ability to utilize business sense and creativity to develop new ideas, approaches, and solutions
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated project management experience
- SAP and/or equivalent production and logistics software experience

- Production planning, materials planning, and purchasing experience
- Lean manufacturing experience
