Supply Chain Manager - CRITICAL MASS SUPPLY CHAIN

Major Responsibilities

• Purchase and Procure: Establish new vendor/supplier relationships and manage existing relationships.
• Innovation & Quality Control: Evaluate new vendors, suppliers, and projects for cost and quality.
• Production Management: Coordinate production with co-manufacturers to meet demand.
• Logistics: Manage 3PL networks and company warehouses.
• Supply & Demand Forecasts: Work with sales/marketing teams to create accurate forecasts.
• Negotiation: Effectively negotiate supplier terms.
• Metrics & Reporting: Create and maintain supply chain and operations metrics.
• Documentation & Organization: Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• People & Relationship Management: Manage external partners and build relationships.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experienced in food and beverage industry (3+ years).
• CPG supply chain management background in food or beverage industry (3+ years).
• Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Full competence with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle multiple priorities, extended work schedules, and demanding deadlines.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Highly adaptable and resourceful.
