Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee full supply chain lifecycle from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery.
- Manage domestic and international supplier relationships, including pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Implement and monitor strategies that align with seasonal demands & market trends.
- Utilize supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to forecast demand, track shipments, and monitor performance metrics.
- Develop contingency plans for delayed shipments and coordinate alternative solutions.
- Assess and compare vendors using cost, quality, reliability, and scalability as key evaluation metrics.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and waste through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cook up complex, multi-supplier shipments to align with production schedules and reduce bottlenecks.
- Estimate supply chain budgets and timelines for new product launches, client onboarding, or scaling efforts.
Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; MBA or APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle SCM Cloud, etc.).
- Experience managing high-volume procurement, transportation logistics, and fulfillment across diverse vendor networks.
- Experience establishing KPIs and using data to drive performance improvements.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross-functional and multi-site teams.
- Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain compliance, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Willingness to travel to vendor, warehouse, or production sites as required.
