Responsibilities

• Provide Expedite and open order report management support to the Buyers.
• Support the procurement team in the creation and management of purchase orders.
• Assist in improving Supplier Payment Terms.
• Provide supplier problem invoices reconciliation support between Supply Chain and Finance
• Provide Supplier Work Transfer Support
• Assist in setting up new suppliers.
• Provide obsolescence and component risk mitigation Support

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Position Role Type: Onsite (employees work primarily onsite).
• Security Clearance: None/Not Required.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated experience delivering presentations in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings. Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
