About the role
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 2 or 3) to join our Global Supply Chain in Everett, WA and other locations throughout the Puget Sound. As a Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) at BCA, you will leverage data analysis and strategic insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain. Some travel, domestic and/or international, will be required for this position.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers to support BCA Airplane Programs
- Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into the production plan; coordinates part number attributes
- Verifies released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system
- Releases and maintains orders; documents and resolves order delinquencies; reports schedule adherence issues
- Applies developed solutions to inventory plans
- Analyzes and dispositions excess and obsolete inventories
- Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
- Ensures on-time delivery; optimizes inventory levels; creates schedules for products and services
- Develops and implements new ordering methodologies
- Ensures organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements and governmental regulations
- Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working with Supply Chain practices and processes
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Experience in logistics and/or inventory management
- Experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
- Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
- 3+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supplies
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet these requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Pay
Salary Range:
- Level 2: $80,170 - $102,350
- Level 3: $91,800 - $124,200
Schedule
This position is primarily on 1st shift but must have flexibility to work alternative shifts.
