Supply Chain Lead

About the role

Siemens is seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Lead for its Fort Worth location. The role is responsible for managing material planning and purchasing functions to ensure production operations are well‑supplied, while optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs. The position involves material planning, purchasing‑to‑pay process management, supplier management, data analysis and reporting, cross‑functional collaboration, process improvement, and compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in a related discipline, or an advanced degree
  • 5–7 years of supply chain experience with MRP (SAP) system in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools, with the ability to develop actionable insights from data
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • APICS CSCP and/or CPIM certification

Pay

Salary range: $91,463 – $156,794. Includes a 10% additional component.
