The 2027 Oatey Summer Internship Program – The Oatey Intern Experience offers college students a 12‑week summer internship with challenging projects, high visibility, professional networking, development, and fun. Interns join a diverse, collaborative team, receive one‑on‑one mentorship, developmental feedback, lunch series, engaging networking events, and weekly forums, gaining exposure to all leadership levels and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative tasks including collecting and analyzing data for inventory reports, backorder reports, fill reports, and other key performance drivers.
• Support new item set‑up.
• Create and manage production orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, and related support activities.
• Communicate effectively in person, via email, and over the phone with plants, distribution centers, logistics partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High competency with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Good communication skills.
