Supply Chain Intern
What To Expect
Join Gotion’s Supply Chain team and gain hands‑on experience supporting sourcing, supplier management, cost analysis, and supply chain strategy for battery and energy storage components. You’ll work cross‑functionally with engineering, procurement, and global teams while learning real‑world supply chain processes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
This is a 10-week internship program offered from June 2026 to August 2026. The expected pay for this position is $20/hr.
What You’ll Do
- Aid in supplier research, sourcing activities, and onboarding documentation
- Collect cost data, build simple cost models, and support VA/VE and cost reduction projects
- Support APQP/PPAP processes by organizing documentation and tracking timelines
- Prepare reports for supplier performance reviews and business reviews
- Track purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documents
- Support benchmarking best practices and gather market/supplier intelligence
- Support SAP data entry/testing and help build regional supply chain tools
- Collaborate with internal teams on supply chain initiatives and project tasks
What You’ll Bring
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Interest in sourcing, procurement, analytics, and supply chain strategy
- Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus, not required
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is a plus
Base Pay
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.
Expected Pay Range $1 - $20 USD

Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. We innovate in the next generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies (lithium batteries and related systems) with the aim to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
