About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for supply chain modernization
• Build and manage spend analytics and insights engine
• Identify and deploy practical AI and automation use cases
• Assess procurement tech stack for simplicity and ROI
• Create high-impact operational standards and tools
• Design processes for efficient procurement operations
• Establish knowledge repositories for contracts and sourcing history

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing
• Demonstrated experience in transformation and operations excellence
• Hands-on experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Experience improving procurement systems and workflows
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
