Supply Chain Functional Planning Senior Consultant

Work you'll do

• Support supply chain planning projects across demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and sales and operations planning
• Gather business requirements and document current-state and future-state planning processes
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and adoption activities for planning tools and process changes
• Analyze planning, inventory, and service data to identify issues and support recommendations
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver project workstreams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, sales and operations planning, integrated business planning, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning
• 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements and documenting business processes for supply chain planning initiatives
• 3+ years of experience supporting design, testing, and deployment activities for supply chain planning implementations
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred

• 3+ years of experience with at least one supply chain planning platform, including SAP Integrated Business Planning, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, or Oracle Supply Chain Planning
• Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, analytics, or operations
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or transformation programs
• 4+ years of experience using SQL, Python, or Tableau for planning, reporting, or analysis
• 4+ years of experience supporting workshops, user acceptance testing, and training activities
• 4+ years of experience working with manufacturing, consumer, retail, life sciences, or industrial products organizations

Pay

Reasonable estimate of the current range: $116,200 to $291,100.
