Responsibilities

  • Procurement operations, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Facility maintenance, infrastructure projects, and contractor management
  • Company-wide asset tracking and operational equipment oversight
  • Workplace safety programs, compliance systems, and safety training
  • ISO 45001 certification readiness and safety program development
  • Operational process improvement and infrastructure scalability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Facilities Management, Safety, or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications in safety, facilities, supply chain, or operations management are a plus
  • Experience in supply chain management, procurement, facilities operations, warehouse operations, or operational leadership required
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, inventory systems, and operational infrastructure preferred
  • Experience developing workplace safety programs and conducting safety audits strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting ISO certification initiatives or safety compliance programs is highly desirable
  • Experience working in manufacturing, production, logistics, or operational environments preferred

  • Ability to identify operational risks and implement scalable solutions

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational execution

Estimated annual salary: $123,847

Schedule

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
