Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to a designated team within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Enables team efficiency, improves operational processes, coordinates logistics, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supports a diverse group of stakeholders with a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Drives financial planning, business performance, manufacturing finance, and strategic decision-making to support profitable growth and operational excellence.
• Ensures all sales agreements are accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner, collaborating with various teams including sales, legal, finance, and operations.
• Builds and improves a tightly integrated autonomy stack that works end-to-end on the robot, designing and implementing perception, planning, and control systems.
• Leads cross-functional programs in Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI), qualification, production ramp and/or Post Ramp Qualification through EOM, ensuring on-time, on-quality, and on-cost execution aligned to business objectives.
• Takes charge of the electrical design for both hardware and firmware aspects of the Atlas Project, while also assisting the team with testing related to functionality, reliability, and pre-compliance of product prototypes.
• Drives programs through execution while engaging deeply with electrical, firmware, mechanical, and systems teams; understands technical tradeoffs and risks; and cross-functional dependencies from concept through validation, certification, industrialization, and production ramp.
• Combines strong program management discipline, strategic thinking, operational expertise, and exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
• Works directly under the IT Manager and alongside engineering, quality, and operations, solving real problems with your hands on the equipment.
• Designs the end-to-end operating architecture for supply chain – process standards, decision rights, controls, and governed variations, ensuring that improvements deliver measurable results.
