- Picks orders

- Delivers supplies to assigned par areas
Requisitions for non-stock supplies
- Creates as needed in assigned par areas
Maintains par areas
- Ensures par areas are orderly
- Properly tagged
- Sufficiently stocked
- To meet customer needs
Disburses materials
- Takes care to obtain location delivery information
- Delivers supplies and packages to customers
Maintains cleanliness and organization
- Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas
- In a clean, safe, and organized manner
Completes replenishment/picking process
- Accurately completes the process
- All associated computer software tasks
- To ensure accurate record keeping
Designs or maintains par location item layout
- Participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout
Other duties
- Assists with updating item locations and labels associated with product conversions
- Participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Possesses basic math skills
- Pays attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and effectively in English
- Can communicate directly with clinicians
- Has computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Can identify, sort and count accurately
- Demonstrated ability to use an ERP system
- Understands medical terminology and products
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory, receiving, replenishment and par level concepts
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
Education and Field of Study
- High School Grad or Equiv
- Grad or Equiv
Work Experience
- 1+ years related experience
- 6 months in customer service setting
- 6 months in supply chain
- Peoplesoft experience
