Supply Chain Corporate Fellowship - Hiring Our Heroes
About the Role
Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Opportunities available for Cohort 26.3 (September 8th, 2026 – November 19, 2026) for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This opportunity is exclusively for active military members enrolled in the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Program through a military branch.

This 12-week fellowship provides hands-on experience in day-to-day operations within our Supply Chain Division, offering exposure to industry-leading logistics at a Fortune 500 company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and expectations, operating the account to meet those demands.
- Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to assess account profitability and provide financial data and operational reports to senior management.
- Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Must be a transitioning service member within 180 days of separation from military service at the start of the 12-week program.
- Currently participating in the DoD SkillBridge program through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship.
- Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in military or other supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of experience managing and leading direct reports preferred.

Pay
This is a salaried position with a pay range of $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 annually. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, location, market data, and internal equity. Eligibility for annual bonus, commission, or long-term incentives may apply.
