Primary Responsibilities
- Cooking up product move requests within our facilities and creating orders to process interplant shipments.
- Following up with material handling, warehouse, and logistics teams to execute the moves and track performance.
- Ensuring high levels of customer and inter-departmental communications, with a keen eye for detail.
- Managing the PVR requisition process.
- Entering orders to process interplant transfers.
- Scheduling pick lists, shipments, and special order requests.
- Managing order status inquiries, communications, and interactions.
- Supporting individual locations with their paperwork and processes.
- Managing date management support on all fulfillment activities in our distribution network.
Required Qualifications
- HSD or equivalent
- High level of communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, etc.)
- ERP business system experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with distribution channels (receiving, warehousing, and shipping merchandise)
- SAP experience
