Supply Chain Coordinator II

Primary Responsibilities

• Cooking up product move requests within our facilities and creating orders to process interplant shipments.
• Following up with material handling, warehouse, and logistics teams to execute the moves and track performance.
• Ensuring high levels of customer and inter-departmental communications, with a keen eye for detail.
• Managing the PVR requisition process.
• Entering orders to process interplant transfers.
• Scheduling pick lists, shipments, and special order requests.
• Managing order status inquiries, communications, and interactions.
• Supporting individual locations with their paperwork and processes.
• Managing date management support on all fulfillment activities in our distribution network.

Required Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent
• High level of communication and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, etc.)
• ERP business system experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with distribution channels (receiving, warehousing, and shipping merchandise)
• SAP experience
