Supply Chain Contracts Specialist

About the role

Provides support to the Strategic Sourcing team in managing and maintaining supply chain contracts and documentation. This role assists in data collection, price accuracy verification, and basic contract file management. Works under direct supervision to support contract execution and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract files and documentation
• Track expirations and renewals
• Collect basic product/service information
• Verify contract pricing and supplier information
• Develop supplier relationships
• Negotiate contracts and product pricing
• Run basic compliance reports
• Follow up on documentation and signatures
• Support Value Analysis preparation with data
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of tasks
• Able to prioritize and organize work product
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• No prior work experience required
• Basic contract lifecycle/procurement knowledge
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and MMIS
• Willingness to learn GPO/ERP systems
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate appropriately
• Analytical and project experience
