The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Consulting - Warehouse Automation Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will be crucial in creating a connected and agile supply chain network.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of warehouse automation strategies to optimize supply chain operations

  • Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction

  • Collaborating with clients to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and responsiveness

  • Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network

  • Managing large-scale projects and coordinating with multi-level teams to drive project success

  • Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain processes

  • Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine strategies and solutions

  • Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and focus

  • Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams

  • Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree

  • At least 6 years of experience

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science

  • Demonstrating advanced skills in supply chain management software

  • Leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives

  • Excelling in logistics and inventory management

  • Innovating processes for operational excellence in supply chains

  • Applying systems thinking to solve complex supply chain challenges

  • Developing and coaching high-performing, diverse teams
