Supply Chain Consulting - Warehouse Automation Director

As a leader in our Operations Consulting practice, you will drive warehouse automation and supply-chain transformation for clients. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to optimize operations, reduce costs, and build agile, data-driven networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of warehouse automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with clients to analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop strategies to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness
• Provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
• Oversee multiple projects and maintain executive-level client relations
• Drive business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successes
• Mentor and cultivate the next generation of leaders within the organization
• Promote technological advances and create an environment where people and technology thrive together
• Balance long-term strategic planning with short-term operational execution
• Adhere to and enforce professional and technical standards, including the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of relevant experience

Pay

Salary range: $155,000 – $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
