About the role
Act as a liaison between various business units to ensure success of customer relationships. Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing staff and workload to meet or exceed productivity performance standards.
- Provide functional supervision to team members in the absence of the Supervisor.
- Assist in the training of associates at the assigned location.
- Under the direction of the supervisor, facilitate team meetings, assist with employee reviews, provide feedback, review site employee errors, and train, coach, and provide day-to-day direction to eliminate potential errors.
- Gather data to support the maintenance of records including time cards/sheets, training data, etc., as directed by the supervisor.
- Embrace KPIs, track trends, and implement best practices as directed by the supervisor.
- Direct the workflow of the team in support of customer needs and best practices standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- 1 year of experience as a Supply Chain Clerk.
- Ability to read and communicate in English.
- Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) and strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
- High sense of urgency and ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst or another inventory management system.
- Pro-track experience.

Pay
Anticipated salary range: $21.75 - $31.50 per hour, based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
